There are "Special" tools to do this...
...but you can use a plier to pull the old seals off and then use a 10mm sucket and tap the new seals on.

Heh I have the helm manual, but I do not have any of the special tools. 10mm socket works huh?

Yep..thats how it says to do it in the Haynes manual
The Haynes is more for the "home mechanic" while the Helms is for the pro Honda mechanic...so the Haynes has some tips.

Thats why you buy both ...
Helms and Haynes...Helms for exact specs and Haynes for tips.
Plus..the Helms "assumes" that yoiu already know alot of things and jumps to exactly how to do something.
