Default smoking question??

i have an GSR motor with 11:5 compression and it seems to smoke, i did the compression test and all cylinders were over 240, the color of the smoke isnt the rich color (blackish) or the burning oil color (grayish) its more like white, the kind that dissappears quickly.
My question is if u guys think its normal weather smoke?? it about 55 degress where im at.
any help will be appreciated, Thanks

also im not low on oil or anti-freeze

my guesstimate is just normal water condensation and evaporation within your exhaust pipes...is it always present and does it get very noticable if you push the engine? does your oil level drop in any way? is the inside of your exhaust very very very black? check all these things up and check back.
