Default Slipping out of 5th gear!--Help??

I have a 87 Prelude, 2.0......I started noticing a little difficulty shifting into ONLY 5th gear. Yesterday, the car slipped out of 5th gear twice while driving 60 on the highway. Am I gonna have to have a new transmission or can I have that "gear" replaced? Is it better to have the entire transmission rebuilt? Please help.......!!

It could be a bent shifting fork or bad synchronizer.
