will there be a problem running my regular gsr ecu with a skunk2 intake manifold considering it doesn't have the secondary intake that the gsr has? will i be throwing CEL's or anything?

no it shouldnt be a problem

 

Just make sure that you have all the sensors and plugs into their right locations. You should be good to go. Post your results after you place in the intake manifold. Are you running rich, bogging, smooth idle, etc...... Oh, BTW, what year is your GSR ?? ( OBD1 or OBD2 ). Thx.

 

My brother has a 99 Gsr with Skunk2 intake manifold and a Gude throttle body. He has no problems at all. Car runs the same as it did with the stock manifold. If you guys have any questions about the manifold let me know I installed it myself. Make sure you put all the hoses where they are supposed to go. The car kicked *** after the manifold was installed. My brother ran a 14.8 at Sacramento Raceway and that was with stock camshafts.

 

yo was the manifold hard to in stall and if so can u give me some tips on doing it like was it a pain let me know cause i really wanna do it

and one more thing was it worth the money ? could u feel a difference?
