Default skunk2 coilovers

i recently bought some skunk2 sleeve overs for my 89 crx. the last three digits for the front are 008 and the last on the rears is 006. i thought all the spring rates for their sleeve overs were the same until i saw a prelude at a shop with 010 for the front. does anyone know where i can go to find out what spring rate applies to what code or are all them really the same.

if i'm not mistaken that's the spring length. 006 for 6" & 08 for 8"

i think thats the first number they are 7" springs the full code is 0700.2.50.006. the 008 springs are noticably beefier than the 006 springs.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by loner &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">the last three digits are the spring rate in kg. the 008 are 8kg springs and the 006 are 6kg springs. just found out the other day.</TD></TR></TABLE>

To my knowledge that is what I have heard also. I don't think Skunk2 makes springs in a variety of different lengths.

The 8's go in the front and the 6's go in the rear. Its just the spring rate difference to make up for the weight of the motor.
