Actually, stiffer than that . . . .

Integras - 10kg/mm front, 8kg/mm rear (559/447 pounds per inch)
Civics - 8kg/mm front, 6kg/mm rear (447/335 pounds per inch)

But you can get them with custom rates, I believe. Those are just ones packaged if you don't specify.

are you sure? I always thought they were 400/300 for civics too.
