Very easy. First did you get the rubber bushings? Looks like rubber donuts.

Those sites have a how-to section that's pretty good. The coilovers shouldn't be too hard to install. The hardest part is getting off the tight-*** suspension bolts. It took me a long time cuz I had to first buy a compressor and impact gun, then borrow a friend's torch. Good luck.
