I'll be installing the coilovers this weekend most likely, just wondering if the

rubber o-rings are needed with tokico illuminas. Any other tips would be

appreciated.

 

the rubber o-rings are supposed to be placed on the shocks (2 each). They help keep the coilover secure on them.

The instructions said that they were only needed in some applications and included

like 8 different sizes of rings. Just wondering if they were needed in this ap and if

so what size?

 

the 2 smallest are the ones i used on my kyb agx-s

 

misc advice--plan on spending they whole day
--maybe even longer--problems can occur like stripped lca bolts etc.
--easier with a friend or two

 

Ok so I'm in the middle of the install and I can't get the smallest size of the rings

to fit underneath the sleeve. I don't know if I should just leave them off cause

the sleeve does not fit real snug. Some one help me please!!
