What's up guys, I got an LSD transmission. It's not an aftermarket LSD it is the oem one for the transmission. I am beggining to get a third gear grind. Not when I normally drive it is when I punch it then shift even if it's a low RPM I shift at i still hear it.

What fluid can I use on this transmission to fix that ? and im guessing the fix is just temporary, I don't know if I should be using gm synchromesh on the lsd transmission. I got Honda MTF in it right now. I know im probaply going to have to replace the synchro in this tranny, pricey but, good tranny to keep

changing ur fluid is not gonna do anything to fix the problem you have. You gotta rip apart the tranny and inspect/replace ur 3rd gear syncro.
