Default What is this part called? and how do I fix this...

I couldn't search for how to fix this problem because I don't know what its called. Bascially, I've had a clutch fluid leak for a while and I replaced both my master and slave clutch cylinders and the hose from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder. There is still a leak and recently all the fluid leaked out and I was stuck on the freeway with a clutch pedal and stayed down. I looked all throughout the engine bay following the brake lines and found a leak. In the picture is where the leak is located but what is that peice the lines connect into? and how could I fix the leak in this portion??

*sorry about the bad art. I couldn't take a pic becuase it was too dark and all you see is black*

this is for a 96 honda prelude and is a hydraulic clutch.
