I need to replace my cat in my EK with a D16Y7. I found a new aftermarket OEM replacement cat, but it's not CARBed. I moved from CA to AZ. Emissions in AZ is very lose compared to CA. My car is now registered in AZ.

I wont have to take my car through emissions for another 2 years here in AZ, but I'm just curious if I should even worry about passing emissions here in AZ because that cat isn't CARBed. I don't think it will be an issue here in AZ, but I'm just curious if anyone had any info on the subject.
