i believe the carsound cat and a random tech cat are the only carb legal high flow cats. Please do correct me if i'm wrong....

Really carsound is carb legal? I know i can just put the OEM cat on if i had to smog but it would be nice to not have to worry about it. Plus if i were to get pulled over i wouldnt want to get raped for the "illegal" cat.
