Default SHIFT LINKAGE QUESTION?

How easy is it to do the shift linkage for a b16a jdm motor? Its going into a 98 hatch.... Not sure how to do it...

its pretty easy there is a little pin holding in make sure you dont lose that but you would have to use i believe a 4mm long socket and a hammer to knock it out, and the other its just a nut, this is for the motor side of the shift linkage.
