Hey guys, heres the story. I am putting a b17 into my 92 vx hatch. The Tachometer in my car goes to 8000 rpm.. would it be possible to just install a shift light. I dont want to buy a big bulky tach that I have to screw into my dash. Has anyone used a shift light with the stock tach? Yes, i know that the b17 will rev higher than 8grand, but Turning the tach over never hurt anyone.

Yup. I have a VX and use a shift light. Works well. I might end up selling it though..since Hondata comes with one as well
