i know this is probably not that hard to answer so that's why i'm hoping this will go quick.
i got an Integra and it's an automatic - recently i heard of these shift kits that would provide a stiffer shifting and therefor a lesser degree of depreciation or power loss in the transmission.

All i can find on websites though are shifter rod ... so called the short shifter. Anyone know of these kits that would come with new valves, new springs, etc?
