Setting in Piston Rings

OK...do I want to have the oil rings (3 bottom ones) with the gap on the intake side or exhaust side?

Also does anyone have the torque specs for a B18C5:
Main Caps
Rods Bolts
Oil Pump
Oil Pan
Alternator Brackets

Thanks much. Want to put this shortblock together tonight

Actually they (the 3 gaps) all go to diff. places, get the the book.

I have one...but my buddy has it right now. Sorry for asking and yes I searched. Can someone atleast assist me with the ring situtaion. I know they get staggared but the the oil control rings face the intake or exhaust is what I am asking. Thanks
