Default Service Limit for Flywheel?

Hallo,

can anyone tell me if there is a service limit for the Flywheel? and if yes, how can i see if it is reached?

as in?
the thinnest you are allowed to have a flywheel (like from resurfacing)?
when are you suppose to resurface them?

yes, thats what i mean... what is the thinnest that is allowed and where can i messure it?
