service at 105K miles
I have a 104K miles on my motor. I have never brought it anywhere to flush out the coolant. all i have done is drain it and refill it with new coolant. Do you all think it is neccessary to take it somewhere to have it flushed out or i can just change the coolant the same way? Also I have never changed my spark plug wires. Should I now at 105K? is so, is it hard? and Never changed the distributer cap or rotor? is it hard to change this?
I don't know the answer to your coolant question.
Regarding the spark plug wires, simply buy a new set and replace them one at a time so you don't mess up the order. Tug on the rubber stopper of the plug wire until it pops off of the spark plug, pull the other end off the distributor cap and replace with the correct plug wire from the replacement set (they are different lengths for each cylinder). Do the spark plugs at the same time if you haven't in a while.
Distributor cap and rotor are also cheap and easy to replace (no special tools required) and should probably be done if they haven't been at this point. The most common mistake is taking all the plug wires off of the old cap and not knowing the proper order to reattach them to the new cap. Unscrew the three bolts holding the cap on, transfer the plug wires one at a time to the new cap. Unscrew the bolt holding the rotor on and replace it exactly where the old one was. Reassemble and off you go.

A drain and refill is fine.

i know there is a butterfly nut on the bottom. that will drain all the coolant in the radiator. How can I get it all out the motor and everything. Do i have to warm the car up and then loosen the butterfly nut?
Definitely not, here is a couple of links:
