Default seized - bolt/bushing

I posted a while ago about my stripped bolt head. Turns out the reason this happened was because the inner metal part of the bushing was seized to the bolt!

The bolt i'm talking about is on the rear compensator arm, the one that goes on to the chassis for rear wheel alignment.

So I realized this when I finally got the bolt loose (with a pipe wrench), and I didn't notice any distance between the chassis and the bolt head. instead I saw some exposed thread around the bushing, I was bending the chassis! So I pried the compensator arm off the bushing sleve a bit to expose it. Anyone have any idea of what to do now? I was thinking about torching it, I tried hammering the chassis plate in a bit with a chisel. No luck so far.

I'll try to get pics up soon so it'll give a better idea of what I'm talking about.

Thanks for the input guys.

I guess its the crazy age of the bolt and bushing, definatly will grease.
Finally got it out today ... i ended up torching it a couple of times, then taking a vice grip to the bushing sleve and the bolt. Some crazy twisting and the thing finally gave. Damn ... definatly dun wanna go thru that again ...
