Default Best flowing intake??

Hi, I have a big issue in regards of many existing manifolds, I really don't know wich one is the best one for a N/A engine? I am talking about a B16A for road racing (stock). Anyone got experience with different ones? any good, better or bad results?? more torque? better top end?

ide have to say either the type r or the skunk2...both pretty much the same, but the skunk differs at the plenum, on the side where the throttle body is, its 64mm instead of the type r 62 mm. hope this helps
