Sounds like a vac. leak or your TPS is wack. You throwing a CEL?

 

Yes, the CEL is on.

 

jump the code, or bring it to autozone and ask them to do it

 

The code is idle air control valve, or something of that nature. Anyway, we took a look at it, and someone had tried to remove it before, but broke the bolts off. So, we have to take off the throttle body to get to it .

Fix the mechanical issues before you try to tune it...
