Default safe to use ctr/jun type 2 cams on stock b16?

is it safe to drop these in on a b16 that is pretty much stock, except for normal bolt ons, intake/header/exhaust, cam gears... you know... basically can the stock valve train handle it?

i assume same answer for itr cams?

Read somewhere that it's best if you make it twin springs for the exhaust valves as well (only the intake valves have twin springs on the stock b16). But i also read somewhere else that you should have no problems with the stock valve train IF you have no intention of upping your rev limit.

I have CTR cams on mine. They're pretty much bolt-on. Didn't change the springs.
No problems so far. It would be good to dyno tune after install.
