1992 B16 cams
Sup guys,
I have a friend who wants to install cams on his 1992 b16 engine. He told me he heard of a setup with ITR and CTR cams one of each. Does this sound familiar to you guys? If so what is the setup exsactly and what can he expect from it. Also would he have to change any valve springs and such? Thanks for any input.

If I remember correctly itr and ctr exhaust cams are the same while the ctr intake cam has a slightly larger lift and longer duration than the pre 01 itrs intake cam. IF you can get them cheap go for it. Someone else may be able to help you with the springs question. I would say you should run some sort of dual valve spring solution. I would not expect to get anymore that 5-10 horse power from them alone.
regarding the springs; you can run stock but keep stock rev limit.
it would be nice if you got some portflow inners, that would be good enough for higher rpms.
