Default Running without resistor box??

I'm running my OBD0 B16A in my eg Civic SI without the injector resistor box, is there any problem running the engine this way? Should I get a resistor box, or can I find some OBD1 B16A injectors??

Thanks.

To my knowledge, if you're not running a resistor box, it will burn up the transistors that put out the pulses for the injectors to open, due to the fact that there are no resistors to limit the amount of current draw through them.

I have 2 years running it without resistor box, I think it could cause maybe a lean o rich mixture or affect milleage.
