Default running stock fuel pump?

i have a gsr block b16head with jdm itr pistons....i have been running a stock fuel pump the last 2 months. could i have done any damage to my motor by not switching yet?

I think you would know by now if you were running too lean. Go ahead and switch that pump out.....
