Thats youre tool. Go down to your local AutoZone and rent that tool or just buy it.
Any mechanic will have it, Proper tool for the job.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I live in redneckvile. No mechanic has a tool specific for Honda engines. Maybe if I had a Ford....

just stuff a piece of rope down the cylinder through the spark plug hole. jam up the piston and the engine wont spin
wtf am I saying, that is what NOT to do.
Honestly, sears or home depot sell a "chain wrench" or "strap wrench" It is a chain or strap that is attached to a vise grip type wrench. You wrap the chain around the crank pulley and turn the motor over until the wrench stops on the motor mount or body. Now, when you try to loosen the bolt the crank wont spin. TIP: use a 1/2" breaker bar and a 2 1/2 ton jack handle (4 1/2' long)

That would have been easy if my car wasn't sitting so low to the ground. Even with it jacked all the way up, there's still hardly any room to work with...

I just went through this. I was driving my car when it happened though. Started making a clanking noise. Turned the car off immediately. I pulled the valve cover off and there was slack just like yours. The culprit was the hydraulic timing belt tensioner. I took the tensioner apart to see what happened, the tip on the spring on the inside had broken off.
Anyway, just installed a new tensioner and put the cams back the way they were supposed to be and everything was fine. No bent valves.

it does not matter what your rpm's are at, if the piston smaked the valves at any rpm you are f*cked!

Well, unfortunately, the timing belt broke completely. You can see that chunk broken off in the previous pic.
