Default rom editor questions...HELP PLEASE!!!11!!1lol

alright, here it goes. i feel like a retard for asking these questions. im not exactly new to tuning, and i have read a lot about uberdata. a week or so ago i bought a moates.net burn1 rom burner and have not been able to burn a rom for a few reasons. first of all, i have no idea what to put for chip addressing or buffer addressing. second, the burner itself does not say which way to insert the chip. the only other editor that i have been exposed to had an arrow and didnt have the chip addressing portion. if it will help i could post the log of what the rom burner is doing. thank you in advance for any help.

-Steve

ps: i have posted this on the moates forum as well as pgmfi but i have not had any replies yet.

Using the BURN 1 software select a 29c256 chip & simply load file to buffer, then click burn, then click verify buffer & you are done.
It is very simple
