Default rocker arms for cam install

how do i get all rocker arms level, some are up andsome are down, i tried to push the others down but i didnt wanna push to much and it wouldn't go down do i have to force them down by hand?

i wanna them to be like this

the pins in the rockers must have pushed out a little,all you have to do is stick something small and pointy in between the rockers as your pushing them down and push the pin back in..its spring loaded,thats why it pushes out.The spring loaded pin is always on the outside rocker,and should be only 1 that does it.
