Default Ring end gap questions

I gapped my rings on a freshly bored and honed block .25 OB and found all the gaps were larger than the new limits but smaller than the service limits per Helms.

Should I really worry about it buring oil?

Thinking back, the gap specs didn't specify STD or OB in the Helms. DO I need to recalculate the end gap with an OB block? Like take the STD limits and add a certain amount to compensate for the larger bore or am I just thinking too hard as usual? :D

Are these factory rings?
I have foundthat factory rings rarely need to have the gap adjusted.

Yes, factory rings on factory pistons. Both .25mOB in a freshly bored block. 81.25mm bore.

I was thinking the same thing on the rings needing to be messed with since the bore was fresh and all.
