which rims would be better for performance wise. 15 in. blacks or 14 in blacks?

Well, it depends on what tires you are putting on them. But in general, the 15s would be better.

Though it also depends on how much heavier the 15s are. If they are much heavier, you are not only increasing the rotational mass, and lowering your horsepower to the ground, but you are increasing your unsprung weight, making your suspension slower to rebound after hitting a bump or whatever.

how heavy are usually the stock honda blacks in 15 in. also what kind of tires would be right to put on them.

Probably very heavy since the 14" Steelies are 18lbs.

if you wanna get technical about wheel size, it all depends on your transmissions gearing.

Black?
lol...wheel color doesn't effect performance in any shape, form, or fashion....well maybe fashion, but that's about it.
