Default Retuning Apexi vafc

I have a supercharged Acura Integra, I had the vafc tuned, but just finished b16 vtec head swap. I know the jist of the 4 fuel maps it contains, but how can I safely tune it, does anyone have map exp. for a similer app (JRSC on b18c1 block with b16vtec head, or even with the b18c head)? Any input to save my fromt he dyno would be great! Let me know on your personal vafc tuning techniques with any apps. Thanks

bare minimum for tuning you need a wideband o2. Dyno's make things a lot easier and safer.
