Default RESTORE: Engine Restorer & Lubricant

I will be adding this to my next oil change and just wanted to see if anyone else has ever used it. It claims to restore compression, horsepower, engine life, & reduce oil consumption. Any feedback from you guys that have used it would be nice, thanks.

It's only a bandaid for some problems. Are you having any issues you hope this product will resolve? If not, I suggest you avoid it, but I have never used it. Typically Honda states no additives to the oil are necessary or recommended.

I notice my motor smokes when I first start it up and besides that I did get it from a junk yard so I have no ideal about how many miles are on it. I know I have read about this product and it seams to be good. So I guess I will see if I notice any better performance since I have already added this with the oil change I just did.

A friend of mine used it on a LeBaron he had. He though it would fix the slow/ lagging engine the car had. The engine blew up the next day....straight up a hole in the block.

This product is just a thicker oil and can be considered a 'glue'
What I mean by that is it's much thicker then oil and when you put it into the engine it will help seal compression a bit better because it's a thicker oil/glue and wont allow as much compression loss.

This in no way will better your engine, it will seem good for a while then once the fluid gets worn in, your engine will be just like it was before.
Only way to fix issues such as low of compression and power is changing piston rings/valve seals....but other then that there is no fluid that will fix those issue for you.

Also, once you correct the compression...you retain more of your power you had before the compression became worse in your engine. So that's why changing your piston rings for example will fix the issue much better then some RESTORE fluid.
