Default resonator removal

Can it hurt to remove the resonator on my exhaust? someone told me it can damage the engine based on back presure. I dont know alot about engine's but I thought once air comes out of the engine the faster the flow the better?

yeah but if you lose back pressure you lose lowend torque, and with hondas you want to extract as much torque as possible.
