well my friend bought a civic that has V-AFCII and it's locked, the previus owner don't remember the pass code, and the recent owner would like to reset it...
is there anyway to do that?

initialize
select ETC in the main menu
select initialize in the ETC menu
select YES
turn off ignition switch

This came straight from the instruction manual.

 

yeah i did that, but without turning the ignition off and on again i thought that it didn't work!! lol
today the guy called me and he was like heey i can get into the fuel set up!! i was like ohh! now i know why.....
