Replacing Valve Seals(head on the car) and determining TDC?
Ok I understand the whole procedure on how to do the work, my question is how do I determine what TDC is, if I have to take the cam gears out along with the cams to install the snap-on tool?
I mean before I take them out I'll set TDC for the cylinder that I'm working on so I can use compressed air to hold the valve's up, but once I'm done that cylinder how would I determine that the next cylinder that I work on is at TDC?

When the cams are out the valves will never be compressed. No need to find tdc until valve adjustment. Just set your #1 tdc and then remove the cams and do all the cylinders
Just to clarify - evertime the manual mentions the motor being at TDC, they're always talking about cylinder #1. Always leave #1 at TDC when you do anything involving timing.
