Default Replacing/subbing o2 sensor - wiring help please!

Hi All

I am trying to figure out how to wire up my PLX r300 Wideband to my P28 (obdII to obdI)... in the instructions it says I can bypass my stock o2 sensor for the wideband (http://www.plxdevices.com/products/r300/)... what I am trying to identify is what is the pin-out location for:

- o2 heater power
- o2 heater ground
- o2 signal ground

or am i looking for different wires not going into the ecu?

if is so... could someone please help me identify the wires in the o2 sensor?

(i managed to wire in, solder, etc. my VAFC so i figured this can't be too far... but electrical is one of those things that makes my head spin....)

thanks!
