Default Replacing rings/seals/gaskets

I get smoke when hitting VTEC, have been for quite some time now. Go through probably a quart between oil changes. I plan on doing a nice rebuild (mainly OEM parts) to hopefully compensate for this. Mileage is 113k. What other recommendations do you all suggest? Not looking to prep for FI, just OEM.

Just the rings and gaskets should take care of your smokin' problem. Get an entire gasket kit when you're ready and change all of them.

So a Top- and Bottom- end Gasket kit from inlinefour and a set of piston rings (where can I find these?) would suffice?
