Default replacing cv joints

Anyone have any tips on replacing the cv joints in my 93 acura integra. Got a Haynes manual but if its anything that you guys learned along the way that would help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

It can be a bitch if you've never done it. Mine took me a few hours and most of that was not having the right equipment. The outer axle nut may require a impact gun and the metal straps for the boot require some finesse. The manual only goes so far with most things, so you have to figure some stuff out on your own. It's certainly do'able if you're prepared. I'm not sure of the cost difference with a complete new axle, but that's a much easier job.
