Default replacing cams in DOHC

anyone wanna give me some pointers or maybe a how-to for replacing cams. I'm putting some regrinds in my zc and have never dealt w/ cams before. thanks.

do NOT overtorque any bolts, you cansnap them/stretch them and they will take a while to order...

LEt you r engine cool down completely. My friend snapped a bolt on his head because it wasn't cool enough.
