Default Replace O2 sensor?

Hello,
I have a 00 civic Si with about 80k miles. After I run the car on the highway for about 1-2 hours my car always throws code 1 (O2 sensor). I'm just wondering if I should completely replace the O2 sensor or if you guys have any other ideas? ECU reset "fixes" the problem until the next extended run on the highway.
Thanks.

The O2 sensor could just be the 'messenger', and not the problem. There are test proceedures to determine if the sensor is good or not. If they aren't going to rape you for the test, I'd do that first.
