Replace my O2 sensor?
O2 sensors do not wear out..... They just get clogged up from various reasons. As long as your not getting any kind of code, or running rich, it should be alright. They have been known to last the entire lifetime of a car. When it has been properly maintained.
There is no specified time for replacement of the O2 sensors. Some last 20,000 miles and some last 200,000 miles. IT depends on what you consider bad. An O2 can have good voltage but slow response or it can have good response and poor voltage. If you have a graphing meter you can see how good your O2 is. If you do replace it, get a honda piece (denso or ngk) bosch O2's for Hondas suck. I personally replace mine around 120k if I have the money, I also change my TW sensor at the same time. Sensors tend to deteriorate over time, and they affect performance. The ECU can only run the engine as good as its sensors tell it.
The TW sensor is actually the ECT sensor. Honda calls it the TW which means water temp or something. This sensor is one of the most important sensors when it comes to determining fuel delivery. A cold engine needs lots of fuel. I would say that the TW sensor is just as important as a MAP sensor. It deteriorates over time and becomes less accurate. I changed my TW and O2 around 120k miles and you wouldn't believe the improvement. I see many cars that wont start because of an inaccururate TW. The O2 signal allows the ecu to really fine tune the mixture and control idle speed on decel.
