Default Removing VAFC2

Hey so i just boosted my car and got a hondata s200 instead of continuing to use my vafc2. The hondata is all set up but Ive been told that I have to remove my VAFC2. Anyone know how? cuz i was going to just cut out the wires to the vafc2 but someone said that was a bad idea =[

Just cut the VAFC wires from the harness. You'll loose about 1/2 of a cm, but that's nothing compared to the time that you'll be wasting if the wires have been soldered on.

i believe after you remove the vafc, you will need to rewire two factory wires back together. I know one of them is the vtec signal but i cant remember the other.

You shouldn't have any problem with the two wires if you already have the s200 installed properly!

s200 is not a replacement. You will still have to resolder the two wires back together. If you dont, you will not get a vtec signal, thus the ecu will not sense the vtec crossover and the motor will not run right.
