Removing MSD 6AL Ignition and BTM
I have an MSD 6AL ignition and blaster coil that I want to pull off and return to stock. Is it simply a matter of installing a new OEM cap, coil, and rotor and pulling off the MSD stuff to return the car to stock ignition?

I want to do the samething... i bought a DA with the msd box and coil and want to take it off.. what do you do to put it back to stock? where does the stock coil go?
easy to install sock coil...it's under the cap. be prepared to spend about $80-90 on a new coil. you'll need to redo the +/- wires under the cap. not sure what the colors are but I can get then if you need them..good luck
i am just about to purchase a msd kit. the msd 6al with coil, cap, and 2step. why are u guys taking off the unit. is it not working properly or is it causing problems??? please reply. thanks
