Default removed and installed same cams, do i need a valve adjustment?!

Hey guys, i just pulled the head off of my b16 block to swap onto my sleeved b18b block, all i did was remove the cam caps and the cams, not the rocker arms or anything else. 2 questions-

1. If i put my stock cams back in, will i need to do a valve adjustment? I don't think i will since i didn't remove anything past the cams...

2. If i swap in a set of gsr cams, will i need a valve adjustment?

It won't change much if at all, but I always check to see if any of them are out of spec.

well you really wouldnt need it that much unless you set the timing different and the mark on the cam is at a different location. for the gsr cams, you wouldnt really need to lash them because their almost the same valve adjust spec for the b16s
