Default Reliable NA setup?

Stage 1: Comptech Icebox, DC 4-1 Header, custom exhuast (2"), NGK plugs,
Magnecor wires
Stage 2: All Toda: Cams spec B, cam gears, valve springs, High compression
Pistons & rings(~12.5:1)
FMU: VAFC

Better subsitutes? Any other suggestions?

If this set up is properly tuned, would it be reliable for a solid 3 years or 50K/daily driven ? What kind of WHP should I expect with stock wheels and rims (stock is about 135 whp, right)?

Only one change i would make ...get a hondata stage two instead of a vafc ...
about the same price ..but you can play with your timing map as well as your fuel ...

At least 2.5" exhaust and a Air Spencer.

Isn't 2.5" good for a FI setup?

What's an Air spencer?

What kind of WHP can I expect?

Will this be a reliable daily driver?

2.5 is too constrictive for a FI setup. 3" is better for FI.
2.5" is what you want

2.5 inch exhaust piping is good for an all motor setup if you have heavy engine mods, but if you have slight mods then 2.25 is good enough. Three inch exhaust is for a heavy boost setup.

like 210-220 whp depending on tune. I suggest .020-.040 over, Mahle pistons or whatever you want for 12.5:1, CROWER stage3 cams and sprngs+rtnrs and full port, w/ match and polish. not too mention all the requisite build **** like blockguard, studs, balance to 10k blah... the money you'd spend on all that toda stuff could be better spent towards more power using other parts and more tweaking.

Wow, 210-220 WHP!! <--So this would be without the overbore, port & polish? See, I don't wnat to get into porting the heads. Also, I really don't wannna rev to 10K

Crower huh, what about Skunk2's? I heard a lot of good things about them.

thanks Builthatch, Good Info!

An Air Spencer is a air freshner that all the imports have. I may have the spelling incorrect.

ok, skunk2 stageIII is a great choice, actually a lil more agressive than crower stageIII. i would say 210++ whp is def possible w/o overbore...but 12.5:1 pistons are goin' to be custom app. im guessin' and why not for the same price get the bigger bore? as far as the porting, headwork just seems like a nobrainer when the motor is apart...why not you know? ...atleast portmatch the top end and polish up the ex. side...
