Default Reducing from 10an to 6an on fuel regulator?

I bought a paxton fuel regulator for my Integra and it was supposed to be 6an inlet/outlet/return but I got a unit with 10an inlet/outlet and 6an return. Can I use a reducer from 10an to 6an or with this have an adverse affect on the fuel?

I like that I could go bigger if I needed to but not sure if it's a good idea to reduce that much. I have already bought the 6an lines and fittings. 2 reducer fittings are $20.

Thanks
