Default recomendation for self-bleeding brake kit?

i'm not a pro so i'm not going to use it everyday thus no need for expensive ones

Russell speed bleeders. Call summit racing equipment. They are like $9.88 a pair. PN RUS-639610. At least for most civics and integras. It makes it damn easy to bleed your brakes by yourself.

I got them & they worked pretty good. But then 2 years later they were corroded & then they didn't work work so hot. So consider where you live & how much salt they use on the roads...

I was thinking of a hand pump type self bleeder that way I can also use it to do vacumn diagnostic.

I've got a mityvac too. But using it on brakes it tends to suck air thru the threads of the bleeder screw. That doesn't really put air in the system but it's still annoying. You still have to finish up with someone pumping the pedal.
