Default REBUILD PROBLEM

Engine was taken out of the car(D16Y8) and air conditioning was removed. Bottom end stock crank, eagle rods, SRP pistons ARP head studs. As for the head just a Comp Cam and re-adjusted the valves, and the rest, Skunk 2 Intake manifold, 520cc MSD injectors with stock fuel rail+regulator. Skunk 2 exhaust cat-back AEM CAI, New wires and plugs 2 degrees colder. Anyways the engine was rebuilt and put back in the car. All connections were hooked back up except for 1 air conditioner plug.
ANYWAYS HERE IS THE PROBLEM, When the engine is started up it is not burning all the fuel, you can smell it out of the exhaust and the cat goes RED HOT!! and it just seems like its not running right. Also the check engine light stays on.

NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

Also am going OBDI chipped with hondata and going turbo.

what code is it throwing?

when was the last time the injectors were balanced?
whats the fuel pressure?
those 520's are probably making it run pig-rich.

any SAFC or VAFC's or anything?

I would throw the stock injectors back in till the turbo is on.

Possibly a bad O2 sensor, Maybe a clogged or melted cat also.
