Default rear engine mount bracket bolts missing?

sup, I few days ago I posted that my shifter seems to have move up about 2 inches cuz when I shift into to 1st ,3rd and 5th gear it would hit my center console. Well I found out why. It seems my rear engine mount bracket the one that bolts onto the transmission is no longer bolted on. The bracket is off about an inch and a half. Engine diffinatly has moved up cuz the valve cover now hits the hood. The bolt must have vibrate its way off. Whats the best way to shift the motor back so I can bolt it back up?

#24 bolt is missing, since there is two bolts Im wondering why it would shift the engine cuz I only noticed the lower bolt missing.

I'd try a jack under the tranny, where it's bolted to the engine and as far back as you can get it. Hopefully that will pivot the engine back up into place, but I don't think it's going to be an easy task. Might have to unbolt the engine stiffners in the front.

driver side farthest left is hitting. I think its the whole motor though that moved up its just the underside of the hood on the driver side sits lower then the right side. So just to get things stright basically as of now my motor is held by the left and right motor mounts only? I have been driving with this situation for the last couple of weeks could I have f' up the other mounts, they are poly PR mounts?
