really low cmpression in #4!?!? bent valve or piston rings?
its a b18a, i road race it engine block has 125k on it (head was rebuilt and slapped on and has 5k on it), did a compression test came back 162-165-163-115! i thought 3 was the weak cylinder!
is it the piston rings or possibly a bent valve?! how can i tell?

the way to really know is to do a leakdown test.
but you could check valve clearances to see if they are off on that cylinder.
put a cap of oil on that cyl. to see if #'s go up, if they do is most likely rings.
are you burning any oil?
